In addition to a complete range of in-home tech installation and support services, we also offer ePrompto Now Online Support for issues that can be resolved remotely. Do you take AMC of corporate PCs?

Yes, we take AMC of corporate PCs / Laptops the plan is known as Business Mitra+. Our services include all IT devices and enabling software’s to ensure that you do not face any IT issues. For this we will provide preventive maintenance services in the same plan.

Do you cover multi location offices?

Yes. We can cover multi locations including out of city because use remote management. For physical visit we have certified partner network.

Does ePrompto provide engineering design services for any enhancements or expansion or new offices?

Yes. We do and they are included in the plan with no additional charge.

Is there a minimum quantity of computers required to avail your AMC services?

Yes, you need to have a minimum of 10 computers to avail our AMC Services.

Which all brand ePrompto support?

We have direct partnership with HP, Dell, Sophos, Quickheal, sonicwall, Dlink, Cisco, Tyco, Panasonic, Hikvision.

Do you support Epabx in the Mitra+ plan?

Yes, all your voice infrastructure and even billing plan optimization is included.

Do you support CCTV and Video solution in Mitra+ plan.

Yes, all your CCTC and Video solutions are covered in the plan.

Do you provide services on Off days and extended hours?

Currently if specifically request 2 days in advance we will support your business.

How much you charge for Computer AMC Service?

AMC service is based on number of active users in your organizations. Please write to us for quotes.

Non – Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract?

Our Services exclude any material cost. But we will, on your approval procure and enable. You pay after issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract?

We believe that 80% of the issues do not require any spare parts and hence the cost to business can be reduced in our Mitra+ plan by 30%.

As a Mitra plus I want to add a few employees. Will that affect my cost?

Upto 10% of additions to your contracted number of users will not be billable extra

What happens if I add another office during the contract period?

If you get your engineering , procurement and implementation done from us, your existing contract will suffice and no extra costs need to be paid for AMC of new office or expansion.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my service?

Yes absolutely. If you wish to upgrade or downsize your service for any reason, please simply call us and we’ll be happy to discuss your options.

Does ePrompto make it difficult to cancel service or pressure me into keeping service?

Absolutely not. ePrompto prides itself on providing exceptional customer service regardless of the reason that you are calling. While we will, of course, endeavor to work with you to maintain your service, we will at no point force or pressure you into keeping it. However, we will ask you about your overall experience and reason for canceling, in an effort to ensure that we are providing the best possible service.

Is the data backup secure?

Yes. Before the data is uploaded to the servers, it is first encrypted on your device. The data is then stored in world-class data centers that employ the highest security standards. We use 256-bit AES key for additional encryption.

Does the data backup service have the ability to back up data to an external device such as a hard drive or flash drive?

Yes. All your data can be backed up to your external device.

Does the data backup work on multiple devices?

Yes. It works on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS (iPhone and iPad).
